My wife and I have going to Matus on Thursday evenings for date night for sometime now. We always felt welcome as if family and have met some of the most wonderful people there. I definitely would recommend going there, the wine is great, the owners are awesome and the fellowship with others is outstanding.

First and foremost I want to respond back to Nancy Mikita & Sharyn Hopson negative reviews. I'm the "Manager-Owner" they spoke about and there "story" was simply that a story. We at Matus are very fair and giving always. We allow you to bring food and even brought you a separate table for your abundance of food that evening. My husband Bob Matus asked you kindly 3 times to simply move your crockpots off the one table not occupied by people (you had 12 people) to allow for other guests to sit. It wasn't until I came over and let you know you were being unkind and disrespectful that you moved anything and by than I believe no one cared to sit by your group knowing what was going on. We are no saints but we're good hearted people that work hard and having you spread lies behind a keyboard just proves I was correct when I told you your not one of our regulars and your unkind. Thanks for proving me correct and I wish the best for you.

I just moved back to ohio. I went today for a wine tasting. EXCELLENT in customer service Kelly was. She's patient and kind during the testing. I ended up buying 6 bottles for my house warming. Price is reasonable and the red drys will be perfect for pairing during my evening dinners. Thank you MATUS WINERY FOR YOUR PRODUCT OF THE VINE.

Definitely one of the dumpiest wineries we’ve been to, but some of the best Chardonnay! Gotta weigh what’s more important 🤣
